Third Annual Women's Leadership Series

NHCA will offer a series of workshops for women interested in gaining skills for pursuing
community or civic leadership. All workshops are non-partisan and free of charge. You may
attend any or all workshops! Workshops run from 6 - 7:30 p.m. at the Manchester YWCA.

Creating the Economy of our Future - A Community Discussion

Join us in Keene, Portsmouth, or Manchester for a community
discussion led by local panelists to discuss the values and principals
of building a progressive vision of job creation, which includes a
living wage, green jobs, fair trade policies and comprehensive
immigration reform. Co-sponsored by Working Families Win, Clean
Energy Coalition, and Reform Immigration for America.

We will discuss the current Jobs Campaign, identify past failed economic policies which
contributed to the current economic climate, assess where we are currently with the
Congressional jobs bill, and how we can create good jobs in the future by incorporating Jobs
