NH Citizens Alliance is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization with a thirty-year history of working towards social, economic, and political justice in the Granite State. Based in Concord, NH, we work on a variety of issues, including health care, education equity, civil rights, voter rights, and economic justice.
Now Seeking Fall Interns! Looking for an internship opportunity? Join NHCA this spring or summer for a fulfilling, interesting and skill-building internship. We seek to fill a variety of capabilities, including, but not limited to:
Research Associates - Research important and timely pieces of state and federal legislation to be used by NHCA staff, members, Congressional members, and elected officials.
Communications - Write and distribute press releases, work with reporters to ensure coverage of events, and maintain the organization's website
Outreach and Education - Help plan workshops and trainings all over the state and recruit new and existing members to attend.
Civic Engagement - Help plan and implement voter outreach and education opportunities and plan important ballot initiatives for upcoming elections.
Office Management - Take a lead role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the NHCA office, including managing files and databases, volunteers, and products.
